I agree to the policy:
1. It is my responsibility to register at www.my.gov.au and register for my Child Care Subsidy (CCS) – I understand if our childcare centre does not have the correct customer reference numbers to match the dates of birth, these benefits will not be registered. If you are having trouble registering you can phone the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.
2. I agree to abide by Djinda Dreaming Centre’s Policies and Procedures.
3. I agree that my child will be excluded from our childcare centre if he/she has contracted a contagious disease or illness.
4. I have read and understood the fee policy, including fee payment, termination, absences and public holidays.
5. Childcare Subsidy is paid on absences as per the Childcare Service Handbook, including public holidays or any other absences. Absences cannot be used at the commencement or at the end of a contract.
6. Regular fee payment will apply for my child’s absence due to holiday, sickness, public holiday or occasional absence – days cannot be swapped or traded with other families.
7. No fee payment applies if the centre closes the doors for emergency reasons.
8. I understand that when Educators are away on sick or annual leave, a suitable relief Educator will be placed in their absence.
